Concrete Leveling in Omaha, Nebraska
The patio at this Omaha property showed clear signs of settlement caused by the expansive clay soils common to the region, with multiple low spots where water pooled around support columns and visible cracks opening along concrete joints and seams. The uneven concrete surface and foundation stress indicated that the seasonal moisture shifts affecting clay soils beneath the patio had compromised both drainage and structural support.
Epp Foundation Repair performed polylift concrete lifting to restore the settled patio sections to proper grade, then sealed the joints to prevent water infiltration and further soil movement. The completed flatwork now slopes correctly for drainage, with new concrete sections installed adjacent to the existing structure and control joints properly finished. The repair work was thoroughly documented across 2 site visits with 126 on-site photos, ensuring quality verification at each stage of the restoration.
Completed and documented on site by Epp Foundation Repair’s field crew. Serving Nebraska homeowners since 1994.
